Terms of service

Askvue is a software tool that records how AI assistants answer prompts about brands you choose to monitor and summarises those answers. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the data is

Answers are generated by third-party AI models with live web search at the time of each run. They change over time, can be wrong, and are not statements of fact by Askvue. Reports describe what was returned on a given date.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions start with a free trial, then renew monthly until cancelled from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your data

Your brands, prompts and reports belong to you. You can archive brands at any time and ask us to delete your account by email.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
