Privacy policy

We collect your email address to sign you in, your agency details to print on reports, and the brands and prompts you configure. We use this information only to provide the service.

Prompts are sent to Anthropic's API (and to other AI providers you enable) to generate answers and are not used to train models. Payments are handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, never card details. Emails are sent through Resend. Data is hosted on Fly.io. Public demo runs store the brand, category, the result and the visitor's IP address for rate limiting.

We do not sell personal information. Email hello@askvue.com to access, correct or delete your data.
